TIME TO COOK SOME BRISKETS
The sales are finished and now it is time to prepare the briskets.
We need lots of help. Please pick a time slot and help your fellow Knights in supporting our Charities
Help is needed at the following times.
Saturday, February 2
12:00 (Noon) - Season Briskets and prepare BBQ pits
Sunday, February 3
6:00 AM - Pull Briskets off grill and package
7:00 AM - Noon - Distribute Briskets to customers
