8:30 AM - Unload Fish

Setup Hall

Cut Cabbage and make cold slaw

Make Tartar Sauce 

Friday

2:00 PM - Cut and marinate fish

5:30 PM Begin Serving

8:30 PM Wash Pots and Pans/ General Cleanup

This is the knights' premier community event and will need all our Brother Knights' help.
